In MEIKI, we develop our own new technology to shorten the delivery time of mold production and to increase its quality. With proprietary 3-dimensional measuring device, we can manage the processing of the surface, in our in house developed clean room our technicians improve product surface accuracy. In cooperation MEIKI developed original tools as well as environmental friendly cutting oil. By developing original cleaning solutions, we do not only produce world no.1 quality but also mold that is full of originality.
Structure of the mold is unique, within the mold there are two overlapping parts, fixed part and movable part, which allows producing double in one cycle. By this we can provide significant cost reduction. MEIKI stack mold has guide bar installed (patent pending), and thus there is no need for special molding machine.
By high precision mold flow analysis we have experience in more than 2000 cases and thus we can identify and eliminate the potential problems. By optimizing the gate settings, MEIKI reduce the cycle time and prevent defects to product appearance.
By thermal conductivity of Be-Cu wave MEKI developed hard and tough copper material. Improving efficiency on for example boss part, and by mold structure that for high speed mold clamping (press cutting part improvement), MEKI decreased the molding cycle up to 60%.
Front cover and the speaker grill were usually produced as two separate products, but MEIKI introduces special processing machine, improved the process and release technology and was able to devise the first such technology in mold industry. By this, MEKI contributed to significant cost down of the produced parts.
MEIKI promptly improved the product quality and cost reduction for gas injection molding by changes of the manufacturing process, reducing burrs, hardening the light weight of the mold and downsizing the molding machine.
